We have recently confirmed cases of unauthorized resale by third-party distributors who do not have a direct contract with our company, through certain overseas hotel booking sites (e.g., Agoda). These unauthorized sales have led to the following issues:

Confirmed Issues

• Hotel does not receive reservation notification, resulting in no room being secured
• Information received by the hotel (such as dates, room types, number of guests, pricing, meal plans, etc.) differs from the customer’s booking details
• Non-existent conditions are listed (e.g., number of guests allowed, age restrictions, room view, etc.)
• There are delays of several days before reservation details are relayed to the hotel, making timely confirmation impossible

Due to Agoda’s platform specifications, which aggregate inventory from multiple travel agencies and distribution channels on a single screen, not all listings on Agoda are directly managed or authorized by us. As a result, we may be unable to guarantee your reservation, room availability, or booking details if you make a reservation for one of our properties via Agoda.

What You Need to Check for a Safe and Secure Stay

Please contact the hotel directly after your booking is confirmed

If you have made a reservation through Agoda, we kindly ask you to contact the relevant hotel using the inquiry form on the official website to confirm your reservation details (such as check-in date, number of guests, room type, price, etc.).

*Please note: Due to reported time lags of several days in the transmission of booking information to the hotel, your reservation may not be immediately verifiable at the time of inquiry.

Save screenshots and confirmation emails of your reservation

To protect against any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend saving the confirmation email from Agoda and taking screenshots of the booking screen that shows your reservation details.

Be cautious of differences from official pricing

There have been cases where prices listed on Agoda are significantly different from our official rates. If you notice an unusually low or high price, please exercise caution.

Always check the cancellation policy when booking

We will handle all Agoda reservations in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed on Agoda at the time of your booking. Please make sure to review these policies carefully before finalizing your reservation.
